This Intellectual Property Policy explains how Feelamaze ("we", "us", "our") owns, protects, and manages intellectual property rights associated with the Feelamaze platform, its content, and related services available at feelamaze.com. 2. Course and Educational Content
2.1 Feelamaze-Authored Content
All course materials, lectures, lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and educational resources created by Feelamaze are the exclusive property of Feelamaze. These materials are made available to enrolled users solely for personal, non-commercial educational use during the term of their access.
2.2 Instructor-Contributed Content
Where instructors or educators contribute content to the platform under agreement with Feelamaze, the ownership and licensing terms for such content are governed by the applicable instructor agreement. Feelamaze retains a licence to host, display, and deliver such content to platform users.
2.3 Permitted Use of Educational Materials
Enrolled users are permitted to:
- Access and view course content for personal learning purposes
- Download materials where a download option is explicitly provided
- Take personal notes and create personal study summaries
Users are not permitted to:
- Copy, reproduce, or duplicate course materials in whole or in part
- Distribute, share, or transmit course materials to third parties
- Publish, broadcast, or publicly display any course content
- Create derivative works based on course content without written authorisation
- Use course materials for commercial purposes of any kind
- Upload course materials to any other platform, website, or storage service accessible by others
3. User-Submitted Content
3.1 Ownership by Users
You retain ownership of any original content you submit, upload, or post to the platform, including but not limited to comments, discussion contributions, project submissions, and feedback ("User Content"), subject to the licence granted below.
3.2 Licence Granted to Feelamaze
By submitting User Content to the platform, you grant Feelamaze a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and publish your User Content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, and promoting the platform and its services.
3.3 Representations and Warranties
By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the necessary rights, licences, and permissions to submit the content
- Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your content does not violate any applicable law or regulation
- You have obtained all necessary consents from individuals whose personal information or likeness may appear in the content

6. Copyright Infringement Notices

We reserve the right to seek clarification before taking action and to restore content if a counter-notice is received or the claim is found to be invalid.
6.3 Repeat Infringers
Feelamaze reserves the right to terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
7. Confidential Information and Trade Secrets
You acknowledge that certain information relating to the Feelamaze platform, including its technology, business processes, course development methodologies, and commercial arrangements, may constitute confidential information or trade secrets.
